Summer Camp
Summer Camp
PPA offers engaging summer programs designed to help children and teens build essential social, emotional, and life skills. Our Intensive Social Skills programs provide children ages 6–14 with hands-on activities like science experiments, cooking, and collaborative projects to strengthen conversation skills, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and self-regulation. For teens entering high school, our High School Life Skills program focuses on fostering independence through real-world skills such as social etiquette, navigating relationships, using public transportation, as well as decision-making for safety and success in the community and online. Programs are offered at our multiple South Florida locations with small group sizes to ensure personalized attention. Join us for a supportive and fun summer learning experience!
To register, please complete the registration form (Summer Services Registration) and email it to: info@mailppa.com. Once we receive your form, a team member will contact you with the next steps. You are also welcome to call us at 305-936-1002 if you have any questions or would like immediate assistance.
Our summer programs are led by experienced PPA therapists, with support from our graduate-level interns/students.
Our camps conclude around midday or early afternoon. Due to other activities and events scheduled at our camp locations, we are unable to provide supervision after camp hours. Please make arrangements to pick up promptly at the designated end time.
We are unable to prorate camp fees or offer credits for missed days, as costs for materials and staffing are determined in advance. We encourage families to plan for full attendance. If you anticipate having to miss part of the camp, please contact our office to discuss the best timing.
PPA is an out-of-network provider, and coverage varies depending on your individual insurance plan. We can provide a detailed statement (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to verify your benefits for group therapy services (CPT code 90853). Please note that all program fees must be paid by the responsible party at least 14 days prior to the start of the program.
Camp fees are due in full 14 days before the start date, as outlined in our registration packet. However, families are welcome to arrange partial payments prior to the deadline. Please contact our office to discuss setting up a payment schedule.
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for siblings who enroll in the same week of camp. Additionally, campers receive a 10% discount for any programs they attend after completing their first.
