Our office policy requires full payment at the time of testing. If you have insurance and wish to seek reimbursement, we will provide a detailed invoice once the testing is completed, and payment is processed. However, we do not submit insurance claims directly; this is the responsibility of the insured. We recommend contacting your insurance company to clarify your benefits and the procedures for submitting claims, including any prior authorizations needed. If required, we will complete necessary clinical forms (such as treatment plans or prior authorization requests), but it is the insured’s responsibility to inform us of any specific requirements outlined in the insurance policy.

Please note that insurance coverage for psychological testing and evaluations varies by plan and is often dependent on the patient's diagnosis, which determines the medical necessity for the procedures. Typically, our evaluations are conducted to confirm or rule out a diagnosis, as a result diagnostic results are not available until after the evaluation is complete. Insurance companies often require a copy of the psychological report to verify medical necessity. Please note that insurance does not cover educational testing (e.g., for learning disorders or giftedness) as this is not considered medically necessary.
